Application for Rehearing.
Although his nppoal to tlie committee of
the Victoria Racing Club ngniust his dis
qualification for twelve months in connec
tion with the alleged inconsistent running
of his filly Broken boll failed. Mr. E. A.
Connolly, the well-known racing man, yes
terday made application to the V.R.O. on
behnlf of himself and apprcutiec jockey P.
0HnnInn for a rehearing of the appeals.
At the origiual inquiry, Mr, Connolly,
O'Hnnlon and the filly were disqualified
from the turf for twelve months.
