" That the creek' whloh orosses the road
near Mr. Snowden's residence, and which
is the ontlet for. surplus water of .the cir
cular lagoon fronting the BonegUIh home
stead, Is- Impassable; . and that the peti
tioners, when crosalbg, are compelled to
trespass on private property, and even,
then at very great risk, to their liver, tsa
the orosslng was In a very dangerous state,
and at high water' the petitioners were cut
off from the highway. They asked that the
oonhcil take steps to have a brldze erected
