The second day's coursing of the above club was
commenced yesterday, )in Mr. H. Beattie's pad-
dock. Diggers' Rest. Tbe weather was rather
warm for the sport, but an enjoyable dny for an
outing. The attendance was very meagre. Sport
was good, thirteen trials being the retnm for tbe
day, atid all of good' lengths, folly testing the
atriying powers of the dogs. Darkness crime on
before the. stake was finished, nnd to sare tbe
expense of another day it was decided l>y .
