'APPEAL COURT. DECISION.
Writing to the Master Builders' Associa
tion yesterday Mr. B. Mtrlvogue, secretary
Builders' Laborers' Union, said he had been
requested to ask if it was the inteutfcuj
op that .body to enforce the decision, of
Mr. Justice Hood in the Industrial Appeal
Court, which his Honor ordered should
come into operation on 13th inst.
The comment. of Mr. Appleby, secretary
Of the association,' on the communication
was: — "We have the award and we are
going to adhere to it. About 75 per cent,
of the employes would be only too pleased
to work the extra four hours, seeing that
payment is by the hour and they would
ibe-paid'for the extra time worked. It is
jiQt likely that any reply will be sent to
. the communication beyond a simple ac
knowledgement of its reception.
