IN MEMORIAM.
LEDWELL.—In loving memory of our
dear daughter Maggie, who died Octo
ber 26, 1913.
Our Saviour called our darling
To come unto Him and rest.
Away from the world's temptations,
Away from the world's great cares.
'Twas hard to part with you, Maggie,
But 'tis pleasant to prepare,
To try and meet you, darling,
And no more parting there.
—Inserted by her loving parents.
SALTER.—In loving remembrance of our
dear son Keith, who departed this life
on October 26, 1913; aged 9 years and
one month.
Why the mother's tears are falling,
Why the father's drooping head?
They are mourning for a loved one,
Our little bright-eyed boy is dead.
We loved him, ah, no tongue can tell
How much we loved him, and how
well;
But God alone, who knowest best
Did take our darling home to rest
We had a little treasure once,
Who was our joy and pride;
We loved him, ah, perhaps too well,
For soon he slept and died.
All is dark within our dwelling,
Lonely are our hearts to-day,
For the one we loved so dearly
Has for ever passed away.
—Inserted by his loving mother, fa
ther, sister and brothers, Jane and
William Salter, Glenora.
WARN.—In loving memory of my dear
mother, Elizabeth Jane Warn, who de
parted this life on October 25, 1893;
also my dear father, Henry Charles
Warn, who departed this life on Sep
tember 6, 1894.
Precious ones from us have gone,
Voices we loved are stilled;
A place is vacant in our home
That never can be filled.
—Inserted by their loving son, Albert
Warn.
