No Entry will be received for any of the Race8
except on this condition -
That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising
out of the Racing shall be decided by the Stewaids,
or those whom they miy appoint Their decisions
upon all pointe connected with the carrying out of
this Piogramme shall be fiml
Nominations must be accompanied m every case
by the amount of Entrance Tee and Sweep, 01 For-
feit when such exists
The above Programme will be conducted under the
Rules of the Australian Jockey Club excepting that
m each Race there must be Three Entrance«, and m
each Handicap Three Acceptances, or the Club money
will not be added
^r= Jockeys are required to appeir in appropri-
ate Costume, and the colours to be worn by them
must be named at the time of Entrance, in default
of which a fine of 2 sovereigns will be strictly en-
forced
