MEETING OF SHAREHOLDER^
LAFNCESTON. Wednesday — The
first annual meeting of shareholders
in Messrs Kelsall and Kemp, Tasmania.
Ltd. (woollen mills) was Keid
yesterday afternoon. The report and
balance-K^eet was adopted. It was reported

Launceston was now in full swing,
and would be completed abont this
time next year. Half of the machinery
had already arrived and would be
installed as the ' baUdtn.^ became
ready. It was the intention of the
directors to erect cottages for tfieir
workers on portion of flip ten and
a half bp res of" land which the company
has. The retiring directors were
re-elected.
