union to-day, when her mother, Mrs.
Arnold, will celebrate her 3 OOtli birth-'
day. Mrs. Arnold has been a highly
esteemed resident of Temora for
many years.

dera, look up duties to-day as man
ager of the West Wyalong branch of

H. J. Jeffries, who has gone to Head
Office.

Mr. Bert Heely, of Central Wyalong
who lias been accepted for service

(Victoria) to undergo special training,

Mr. R. Lindsay, manager of Reek
cm branch of the Commercial Bank
of Sydney Ltd. has been, transferred
to Pa rites branch. Mr. Lindsay was,
largely responsible for the formations
of the bowling Club at Becnom. and'
was president of the Ard'cthau Show
Society for several years.

been appointed surcessor to Sergeant
K. N. C. Southwell, of West Wyalong
who was recently promoted and
transferred to Orange, as officer-in
charge of the extensive West Wya '
long Police District. Sergeant Rus
sell is expected to commence duty
hero at an early date.
