evening, May ?yih. The president, Bro.
P. A. j. Holian, occupied the chair, a

One proposition tor membership
wai iecei\ed. ihe nominations of officers
ior the ensuing half-year were received,
atjd the elections will lake place at next
aeetiDg. The following were submitted :—
Presidtnt, Bro. M. P. Cleary; vice-president,
Uros. T. Cullinan and J. P. Parrington
; treasurer, Bru. T. T. Grogan; secretary,
Bio. 1'. Dwan; assistant secretary,
Bro. J. A. Murphy: warden, Bros. T.
felly, J. Tracey, A. Kennedy; sick visitors,
Bros. J. Vanoe and B. Trainor;
auditor, Bro. M. Trainor. After the
tHeticg. the hall committee received the
secretary's report, and passed several
sniall accounts ior payment. The commutes
has spent over £100 on improvements
to the hall during the last six
ijjonths. Tiie Ueveuish Hibernians have
now one ot the best halls up country,
i he annual meeting of the library members
was held, and the secretary's report
and balance-sheet were received and
adopted. Ihe officers for the ensuing
year were elected. It was decided to
allow non-Hibernians to become subscribers.
A vote of thanks passed to tbe
retiring library officers concluded tbe
business for the evening.
