South Australia, and is prepared to pay or remit in

tivators and traders of South Australia generally, that
he is induced, at the suggestion of several judicious
friends, to contemplate a voyage to Western Australia,
with a view to ascertain if sufficient encouragement J
exists for the establishment there of an agency for the
sale of South Australian produce and merchandise ; or j
for effecting advantageous barter, and thereby ensuring
suitable return cargoes. j
W. O.'s rate of commission may bs known on per- !
sonal application. His charges will be regulated upon
a strictly economical scale and should he permanently
establish himself in Western Australia all his efforts will
be employed in ensuring a respectable and lasting
connexion. He intends taking a passage in the Water
teitch now laid on for a second trip to Western Aus
tralia, and he will be happy to take charge of any
intended shipments by that vessel.

Onkaparinga Road, four miles from town, where he will
remain till ten o'clock on • Monday.
" Royal George " is a Mack horse, sixteen hands high,
seven years old, with perfect symmetry, combined with
good temper, is a sure foal-getter, and his stock is so
well known as to need ho further comment.
Terms—£2 each mare, and 2s 6d the groom, to be
paid at time of covering. Mares proving barren to be
served next season at half-price.
Mares paddocked free of expense, at the risk of the
owners.

competition, in a few days, (if not previously sold by
private contract
That most eligible and convenient section of rural
land No. 254, within two miles of the town, and admi
rably adapted for a small farm.
Tiiis section has been most carefully cultivated for
two years, having borne remarkable crops of wheat, arid
is at present lying fallow, with a self-sown crop from
last season's harvest.
It is coupletely and most durably fenced, lias a small
