RUSSIA, PRUSSIA AND AUSTRIA.
A meeting of the Sovereigns of the above
countries took place on the 19th inst., at
Kissengen. It is reported that Russia,
Austria and Prussia bind themselves, by a
convention, to act together upon all European
questions of the present time. They had
further declared the Polish question an inter
nal not an international question, and mutu
nllv resolved to o-uarantee to each other their
existing frontiers. It was also reported that
Prussia would, with the concurrence of
Austria, propose at the Federal Diet that
the Germanic Confederation should declare
war against Denmark.
The Austrian Government issued a diplo
matic note declaring that the meeting of the
Sovereigns had no reference to the formation
of a new Holy Alliance. This, however,
is not credited.
