PUBLIC SERVICE RIFLE CLUB.
The annual social of the Public Service Rifle
Club was held on Friday night, Mr. E. T. Drake
presiding over a [ood attendance of member*.
Among those present were the Attorney-Ceneral I
and the Minister of Public Works, aiid heads of: I
various State departments. Many, toasts were I
honored, the opinion being expressed that tlip I
public service should be of great military value' I
to the State; nnd to that end military coin

One of tho toasts honored was that of the son
of Uie Attornty-Genera!, who is now at the
front in France. Trophies were presented n
