BURGLARY AT FREMAKTLEL
William Flicker was cbajjged with en
tering the house of Mr. John Cfeaig, on the 19th
■of June, with the intention df Committing a
felony.
Mr. Lovegrove appeared for the prisoner.
The Chief Justice, after relating a case of
mistaken identity in which a warder was call
ed on to recognize the prisoner, told the j ury
that if the testimony of Craig and the teacher
id the school was iu their opinion to be relied
on, they must find the prisoner guilty, but if
they fefcw any reasonable doubt as to his being

. Verdict—guilty. Sentence : ten years.
