THE BLANCHETOWN MAIL.
Captain M. C, Crane, who bad the
mail contract between Mannum and
Morgan for three years, and who es
tablished a reputation when in charge
of the s.s. Nellie on the Morgan
Murray Bridge run, has again assum
ed command of the vessel, which will
run from Murray Bridge to Blanche
town on Mondays and Thursdays, and
will carry the mails between Mannum
and Blanchetown. Capt. Crane in
tends to cater for the requirements of
settlers and residents on the river
generally, and special accommodation
is available for passengers. Electric
light has -been installed in every part
of the vessel, and every cabin is pro
vided with this illuminant - The new
run affords a splendid opportunity for
-visitors to inspect the lock at'Blanche
town, as the vessel remains at that
port for nearly twelve hours before
commencing the return trip.
