'The yarding of 1395 pigs at
the last sale was an Increase
of, over 300 on the previous sale.
The Increase was mainly in
light porker and store sections,
but the. general quality of the.
yarding was not quite up to the
usual standard. The lesser num
bers in well finished pigs was
noticeable, and this, with the
uncertainty of the trucking po
sition, was responsible for .the:
competition being slightly. weak-
er.
Buyers ;were in' attendance
from. Sydney, Victoria, Canber
ra, Wagga arid the local abat
toir. Buyers in some cases ar
ranged their own transport.;
