(Bssendou) beat Messrs. De Beer and Hoffmeyer 10 to

Hew v. West Brighton.-Bartram and Saunders
beat Hainlton and Hlginbotham, IS to 13, and were
beaten by Moule ana Hodges, 16 to 14. Martin and

Ormond College v. South Melbourne.-This match
was played on Saturday at Ormond College. Messrs.
Bell and Colquboun (Oruiond) beat Messrs. Clark and
Fox 10 games to 2, and Messrs. Stirling and Godfrey
10 games to 3. Messn. Liddle and Williamson
(Ormond) beat Messrs. Clark and Fox 10 eamcs to
7, and Messrs. Stirling and Godfrey 10 games to 9 ;
Ormond thus winning by 40 games to il.
Bohemians v. Nomads.-A match between tbese
olubs was played on Saturday at Toorak. Messrs.
Q. Dowling and Win. Bayles (Bohemians) beat Messrs.
G. Altken and J. Aitkin by 10 games to 9, and
Messrs. Edwondson and H. Brush by 10 to 6. Messrs.
Lumley-Hill and Colville (Bohemians) beat Messrs.
Aitken and Aitkin by 10 to 6, and were beaten by
Messrs. Edinondson and Brush by 10 to 9. Total

South Brighton v. Albany.-This match was played
on Saturday last, and resulted in a win for the former
bv 10 games. The sets were won as follows Messrs.
Black and Bennie(S.B.)beat Messrs. T. Keys and Din
woodie 10 to one; the Misses Meares (Albany) beat
the Misses Collis (S.B.)eix to two; Messrs. Stewart
and Harston (S.B.)beal Messrs. S. Keys and Crawford
