SVISITING COMMISSIONER
'Scouts and Officers Entertain
: Mr.:N. Danvers Power (Wolf Cub Com
missloner for the .British Empire) will
leave for the eastern States tomorrow. At
nioon today he was motored through the
hills by Capt. S. A..White (State Chief
Commissioner). They were accompanied by
Mr. F. J...Mills (secretarr of the. Boy
Scouts' Association of South Australia).
At 3.30 o'clock leading women Cub
officers entertained the visitor at after
noon tea at the Kiosk, Botanic Garden;
with the object of gleaning information re
garding girlWolf Cubs overseas. Members
of the State Council, Conmmissioners,
scouters and cubbers will tender Mr. Power
a complimentary smoke social at Arcadia
at 7.45 tonight.
?r. . J.. H. Gosse (acting Chief Scout)
will occupy the chair, and he and Capt.
White ,will speak briefly. The, toast of
"Our Guest" will be submitted b'y Mr. W.
C. Piper (State Wolf Cub Commissioner).
*Tomorrow. morning MIr. Power will be
engaged with l]odal Scout :aiithoritics and,
Wolf Cub masters on matters governing
the movement in Britain.
