THIEVES AT =:ALBERiT - PARK
Cash Taken' From Oil Depot
By forcing the locks of a large gal
vanized iron gate and the door of a shed
lihieves gained entrance some time on
Thursday evening to the office of the
Golden Fleece Oil Depot, at the corner of
Port road and Botting street, Albert
Park.
Cash amounting to £3 10/ and a cheque
were stolen.
Great risk of explosion was taken by
the thieves, for a used match was found
on the 'floor within close proximity to
hundreds of gallons of inflammable oils.
The depot is owned by IMr. I. C.
Sleigh.
