much of our money is being spent
by the Government on extrava
gances like the new building for the
Department of Foreign Affairs?

plete and inadequate, and the sud
den changes from divided highway
to two-way road are often the cause
of fatal accidents. What comes first:
the comfort of government em
ployees or the safety of us all?
