and with attempting to obtain

Mr Israel Krasnov, 35, of Bun
doora, is chargcd with one count
of criminal damage by arson and
one count of criminal damage by
arson with a view to gain, as well
as the Tattslotto charge.
Senior Detective John Ford, of
the arson squad, told the court
that a woman had been charged
on similar counts and had been
summoned lo appear on February
14.
Mr Soul Spiegler, for Mr
Krasnov, said his client had
money problems and asked for a
variation in bail, originally set at
53,500 last week.
He asked that the $3,500 sure

Krasnov be released to appear on
his own undertaking, with condi
