WMC again pays
10% interim
Western Mining Corporation Ltd is maintaining its an
nual 20 per cent dividend rate with a 10 per cent distribu
tion for the six months to December 31.
Announcing this yester
day, directors also said they
would make a fifth and final
call of 60c a share on 1966
new issue shares.
These new shares do not
rank for the latest
dividend. Rut 1964 issue
shares rank fully, as they did
for the previous dividend,
paid in August.
The latest dividend, which
amounts to 5c a share, will
be paid on February 16 on
the 8,489,334 fully paid 50c
shares.
It has been declared from
dividends received from
gold mining operations.
Books close for the divi
dend on January 26.
The 60c call — 10c capi
tal and 50c premium — is
due on February 23 for the
2,796,938 new 1966 shares
from shareholders registered
on January 26.
Notice of the call will be
sent no later than February
7.
The new shares arc now
fully paid to 50c on account
ot capital and to $2-50 on
account of premium
They will not rank for divi
dend before January 1.

The issue, on a threc-for
10 basis, was announced in
August, 1966.
It has raised 57,550,397
which has been used to de
velop the company's nickel
find at Kambalda, near Kal
goorlie in WA.
