Oijly about one man or woman in a hundred
is lierfectly healthy. The other 09 have some
digestive trouble, and perhaps more than 50 per
cent. of these could trace their trouble to that
most prevalent evil, constipation. It's a simple
thing of itself, brit, like many simple things, it
may grow and become complicated. Constipalion
is the root of nine-tenths of the sickness of man,
and a large proportion of the sickness of women.
Nature often requires a little assistance, and if
this assistance is given at the firt indication
muchl distress and suffering may be averted.

Thos. Dazeley, WeVdderburn, Vic., writes "It
is with feelings of gratitude that I testify to the
intrinsio value of Dr. Sheldon's Digestive Ta

tack of indigestion in a severe form, and which
produced distressing heart troubles and head af
fections, necessitating the regular employment
of strong laxatives. My weight fell from 14

ment began and continued with the use of Dr.
Sheldon's Digestive Tabules, the digestive or.
