Western Tasmanian Football Association.

A meeting of the members of the   above was held last night.   The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed.    

Mr L. Roberts was introduced as the Queen delegate, vice Mr Wells resigned. Correspondence was read and received from the secretaries of the Stanley and   Burnie Football Clubs, offering every   assistance if the proposed team of foot- ballers from Zeehan paid them a visit ; from the proprietor of the Club Hotel re booth ; and from the secretary of the Souther Tasmanian Football Association offering good terms and every     assistance to a team from the West   Coast if they paid a visit to Hobart. The secretary reported, that no reply had been received from the North-West Coast Association re the proposed foot ball tour.    

The letter from the secretary of 'the Hobart Association 'was ordered to be acknowledged to the effect that if possible a team would he sent down south.     The postponed matches Queen v. Zeehan was ordered to be played on Saturday, and King v. Zeehan Saturday week,       .This concluded the business, and the meeting terminated.
