The engagement is announced be-
tween Rona Campbell, second daugh-
ter of Mr. and Mrs. A. U. Coutts, of
Wallis Street, Mount Gambier, and
Leslie Robert, only son of Mr. and
Mrs. R. A. Oberlander, of George
Street, Millicent.
DEATH.
VON STANKE.-On the 24th of
March, 1939, at his residence,
Bertha Street, Claraville, Mount
Gambier, Carlos Ehregott
Johanna, dearly beloved husband
of Mrs. Emma Stanke. Aged 76
years.
The remains were interred in the
Mount Gambier Cemetery this after-
noon.
