Notice is hereby given that the following
clams to Grants of Land will be investigated
by the Commissioners appointed for that
purpose, upon or immediately after the 31st
day of July, 1853, before which day any
caveat or counter claim must be entered : —

westerly along crown land commencing at a
point on the crown reservation of 100 feet wide
from high-water mark on tbe Huon River

angle of Lot 387 purchased from the crown
by the said John Linnell, on the west by 41
chains 76 links southerly also along crown land,
on the south by 3 chains or thereabouts easterly
also along crown land, again on the west by an
irregular southerly line also along crown land
to the crown reservation aforesaid, and thence
by that reservation to the point of com
mencement.
