Now our players are. to 'enter the crucible again. The pick of the Victorian League will test their strength in Melbourne this afternoon, and followers ' of the game throughout the States are awaiting with great interest the result of the -contest. Last season, the Victorian side were de feated here to the tune of 11.11 against 5.4— an overwhelming majority.
