Brown is calling tenders for shops in Murray-street, opposite Boans Ltd.; the Methodist Church Trustees propose erecting a college at South Perth; Mr. Coombe proposes erecting a pile of offices In Barrack-street; Mr. W. DetU ridge~ is erecting shops in Barrack
street, near Murray-street; modern | flats are going up in Mount-street; whilst there is a proposal to erect of f-ce-s in William-street, adjacent to Hay-street.
