The ship Mary Warren, from London, conilgnod to W. Crosby and Co., and reported off tho Otway on Tuesday morning, has anchored at tho lightship, haiing a quantity of gunpowdor on board. Tho Mary Worren loft tho lslo of Wight on the 6th Novombar, and experienced very fine wcathor tho whole of the passugo, tho topsails not having had occasion to bo reefed once. Tho Madeira Islands wore passod on tho morning of tbo 10th November, and the Canary Isles sighted at noon of tho 23rd November, and San Antonio (Cnpo do Vords) on tho morning of the 20th November. Crossed tho equator on tho 8th Decem- ber, and passod tho meridian of tho Capo of Good Hope on the 8th January.
