.National Uanic or AnsSmlasia in the colony, and for an order calling a meeting of creditors. Mr. J. H. Symou, Q.O., and Mr. H. S. Wyast jtppaared for the petitioneri?, and Mr. Gall for tho Bank. Mr. Caleb Peacoak, Chairman of Directors, and Mr. J. G. Adduon, Manager of the Adelaide Branch, were appointed provisional liquidators, and power was given to them to call a meeting of creditors to sanotion the soheme of reconstruc tion. Mr. Peacock was appointed Chairman. The meeting will probably be held on May 30. The scheme has baen modified a little in the interest of the creditors.
