His Excellency the Governor in council has been pleased to add the names of the following gentlemen to the Commission of the Peace, viz.: — Theodore Hack of Port Adelaide; Samuel Denning Glyde, of
Adelaide; Berry Smith, of Woodchester; and Richard Egerton Warburton, of Far North, Esqs. John Ikin Sangster, Esq., M.R.C.S., L.R.C.P., to be member of the Board of Management of Burra Hospital. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the following appointments made by the Trustees of the Savings Bank of South Australia, viz. —Messrs. William Selby Douglas and John Ford Yuill to be auditors to the Bank for year terminating on May 31, 1880. William Christie Buik, Esq., late Captain in "The Duke of Edinburgh's Own,' to be Captain in the Volunteer Reserve Force. The Treasurer has consented to the Marine Board making the following appointment:— Capel Baines, Harbour Master, &c., Port Lincoln, to be also Col lector of Jetty Dues, Louth Bay.
