Reid. £01 12s; roads, vicinity of Table Cape and Flowerdale, extending through Loughin's lot to Margett's and King's sections, contract 5, Henry Moles, £90; conveyance of mails between Launceston, Ellesmere, Dranx holm, Gladstone, Bridport, and Rings. rooms, contract transferred to E. H. Bonner; conveyance of mails Beulah and Dunorlan, T. Jessop, £15 per annum. George F. Farmer has been appointed Deputy Recorder of Titles under the Real Property Act. Mrs. Jackson has been appointed post mistress at a post-olfice to be established at Breadalbane railway station on the 7th proximo, and Mrs. Sharman has receiveda like appointment for an office to be opened at Beulah, near Dunorlan, on tl;e 1st proximo. The post-office at Upper Piper river will in future be called Lilydale, and that at Norfolk Plains East will be called Pateena. The following proclamations are gar. etted:-Suspension of the powers of the Board'of MaineRoads, Spring Bay, through laving neglected to maintain the main road; appointing and establishing certain buildings as a gaol atlJerusalem; scale of fees payable at the Crown Lands Office for information and documents supplied.
