Cleary, £100; Native Corners road, con tract 2, James Bryant, £51 lels 2d; roads, vicinity of Hall's Track to O'Keefe's, con tract 1, Bardenhagen and Wall, £85; roads, parish of Templeton, contract 1, H. Reid. £01 12s; roads, vicinity of Table Cape and Flowerdale, extending through Loughin's lot to Margett's and King's sections, contract 5, Henry Moles, £90; conveyance of mails between Launceston, Ellesmere, Dranx holm, Gladstone, Bridport, and Rings. rooms, contract transferred to E. H. Bonner; conveyance of mails Beulah and Dunorlan, T. Jessop, £15 per annum. George F. Farmer has been appointed Deputy Recorder of Titles under the Real Property Act. Mrs. Jackson has been appointed post mistress at a post-olfice to be established at Breadalbane railway station on the 7th proximo, and Mrs. Sharman has receiveda like appointment for an office to be opened at Beulah, near Dunorlan, on tl;e 1st proximo. The post-office at Upper Piper river will in future be called Lilydale, and that at Norfolk Plains East will be called Pateena.
