At three o'clock to-morrow (Tuesday) afternoon, the well-known and very im- posing mansion, "Essenside," Moseley-st., Glenelg, will be sold by public auction,
on the property, by Wilkinson, Sando and Wyles, Limited, under instructions from the trustees in the estate of the late An- drew Tennant. The valuable vacant block on the south side of the residence will be sold separately as three residential sites. The trustees are determined to realise and are accordingly fixing low reserve prices that are bound to appeal to investors.
