And WHEREAS, as all measures to trace the said cattle have proved ineffectual, the Undersigned has come to the conclusion that as the Government road passes through the run, they have been abstracted from his herd by evil disposed persons passing through with fat cattle or that they have been slaughtered by certain Squatters resident n the neighbourhood.
