within 8 days after the Sale.
2d-That all Persons whose purchases
amount to ¡ess than £30, pay for the
same in ready money ; if to £30, or up-
wards, a credit of Three Months will be
allowed upon endorsed Bills to the satis-
faction of the Auctioneer.

NIAL SERVICE, FOR 1833.
NOTICE is hereby given that Ten-
ders will be received at this Office
on Thursday, the 24th instant, from Per-
sons disposed to undertake any of the
undermentioned Contracts for the pre-
sent year, viz.
To furnish Forage for Working Cattle
attached to the Road Parties in the
District of Myrtle Creek and Lower
Hawkesbury, as described in the Govern-
ment Notice of the 11th December, 1832.
To victual such Surveying Parties as
may be rationed in any of the following
Places, and also to furnish such Forage
as may be required for Cattle attached
thereto, viz.

specify the price per Ration in each case.

COURTS of GENERAL QUAR-
TER SESSIONS OF THE PEACE,

Courthouse at Sydney, on Monday the
twenty-eighth day of January next; at
the Court-house at Parramatta, on Mon-
day the fourth day of February next ;
at the Court-house at Campbelltown on
Thursday the seventh day of February
next ; at the Court-house at Windsor,
on Tuesday the twelfth day of February
next ; and at the Court-house at Ba-
thurst, on Thursday the twenty-first day
of February next ; at which respective
times and places all Persons under re-
cognizances to appear either as Prose-
cutors, Defendants, or Witnesses, or
who may have Appeals to interpose, to
other business to transact, are desired to
give their attendance at ten o'clock in

THE Contractors for fhe Supplies un-
dermentioned, for the current Year,
having availed themselves of the 37th
Condition of their Contracts, and notified
their desire to discontinue, the same from
the 31st March, Notice is hereby given,
that until Thursday the 14th February, at
noon, Tenders will be received at this
Office for furnishing the paid Supplies,
during the period from 1st April to 31st
December of the present year, upon the
Conditions specified in the Annual Advert
tisement of this Department, dated 25th
September last, and published in the Ga-
zette between that date and the 12th No-
vember; viz.
The Military Ration for the Troops and
Mounted Police in the district of Ba-
thurst, per Ration.
The Ration for each male Convict
victualled by Government, and employed
in Road and Iron Gangs, or Bridge Par-
ties, in the district of Bathurst, on the
old and new line of Road, from one mile
East of Mount Vittoria, to within ten
miles of the town of Bathurst, per Ration.
The following Articles for the Convict
Hospital and Lunatic Asylum at Liver-
pool, viz.
Fresh Beef. Best Wheaten Meal.
Maize Meal. Arrow Root.
Sago and Rice. Tea.
Sugar. Yellow Soap.
Salt per pound. Port Wine.

TENDERS will likewise be received,
as aforesaid, for suplying, at Syd-
ney, to the end of the present year, all such
quantities as may be required of
10 and 20 per cent. Flour
Colonial Leaf Tobacco
Liverpool and St. Ubes' Salt.
The Flour and Tobacco being required
at the Penal Settlements, must be deli-
vered on Board Ship at the charge of the
Contractor, after inspection and approval
in the usual manner.

TIONEER and LAND AGENT.
Mr. P., in thus inviting a share of public pa-
tronage, pledges himself that no exertions will be
wanting on his part to promote the interests of his
employers in obtaining advantageous sales, and an
early arrangement of accounts,
Mr. P. will keep a Registry of any Properties in-
tended for private sale or for letting, and in like
manner of persons who may be desirous of making
purchases or renting any particular description of
property-thus affording a great convenience in fa-
