A Ladies' Match.

Brisbane City and Brisbane Ladies Football Clubs met in a practice match it Bowen Park [added text -- contemporary other reports note Bowman Park (Bardon)] on Saturday The teams were -Brisbane City Misses V. Neil Jean Campbetl (captain), M. Neilsen-Booth, P. Platt, R. Sargent, F. Dunn,   A. Molloy, W. Sargent, and P Boyd. Brisbane Ladíes: Misses McGregor, Wilson, Mrs West-       lake (captain), Misses Dixon, Webb, Mrs M McDonald, Miss Coleman, Mrs A Trim and   Mrs I. Yates. There was every indication of the match being one sided for Miss Jean Camp- bell and Miss Neilsen-Booth had not touched the         full for the City before Miss Molloy opened the score, and soon repeated the performance. Miss Phyllis Boyd tacked on number three, and Miss Campbell scored from a penalty. Strange to re late the latter was called upon to relieve the City lines, and as a result, Miss Molloy com- pleted the hat trick The game had by this time developed into a rout and Miss Molloy again scored. Two combatants collided but were able to resume without Ambulance aid. At half time the scores were Brisbane City, 6; Brisbane Ladies 0. Shortly after the resumption   Miss Boyd eventually put the ball between the posts but she was adjudged "offside". She dashed down the wing and gave Miss McGregor no chance, and the same player centred just afterwards for Miss Molloy to score the eighth goal for her side. Miss Boyd registered number

nine and Miss Molloy added the tenth. Miss

Molloy was allowed to score her seventh goal   from an off side position, the aggregate being   11 and Miss Boyd secured the twelfth. The

final whistle sounded soon afterwards, with the score:-Brisbane City, 12; Brisbane Ladies, 0.
