TOOWOOMBA, May 24.
This afternoon William Johnson, an ex- aminer in the railway department, Too- woomba, had the first finger of the right hand jammed in the Westinghouse brake on a carriage. The finger was badly crushed, and, it is understood, will have to be amputated.
