FARMER PARLIAMENTARIAN.

Death of Mr. Norman Cameron.

HOBART, Tuesday

Mr. Donald Norman Cameron, of Chud- leigh, died this morning. He was badly shaken by a fall two weeks ago and later developed pneumonia. He was born near Launceston in 1852. Mr. Cameron had a long Parliamentary career. He was a mem- ber of the Tasmanian House of Assembly, and in 1901 was elected to the House of Rep- resentatives. He was re-elected on several occasions, and in 1925 represented Wilmot. It was Mr. Cameron's vote which decided the site of the Federal Capital.
