THE ADELAIDE-COLONIST COLUSIÓN.
The Marine Board met yesterday and declared their deciaion in the case of the Adelaide-ColosUt collision, which occurred on March 1. The Bond found that the collision waa caused by tba wrongful act or default of William Wilson, master of the Colonist, in committing a breach of article 22 of the sailing regulation», by luffing his vend acree« the steamer's bow. Under the circumstance» they considered that a reprimand would meet the etna, «ni William Wilson waa, therefore, reprimanded and cautioned to be more careful in future. From this di oiiion Captains Jenkins and M'Lean dissented, asi their signatures were not attached to the report.
