LONDON, Sunday.
The Copenhagen correspondent of the "Daily Express" says that Hitler has recalled the German Ambassador in Moscow (Count von Schulenberg) for the alleged pur- pose of giving him instructions re- garding the diplomatic offensive that he intends to begin in south- eastern Europe.
Actually, it is believed, Hitler *ants to hear about disturbing tumours that have reached Berlin that Stalin is making plans that ian counter to Nazi aims in the Balkans.
ft is reported that the German foreign Minister (Herr von Ribben tr°P) will leave for Moscow next Week to try to persuade Stalin to ¡jive guarantees to Rumania and
Tkey that Russia will not attack them.
