OBITUARY MR. EDWARD O'CO4NOR. In the Lowood Privateo oepltal recently an old Identity of the Coomlnya distrIct, Mr. Edward O'Connor, died in his Stat year. The whole of the late Mr. O'Con nor', life was taken up by his farming and grazing intelestM. MIs remains were laid to rest in the Mt. Tarampa MLC. Cemetery. Rev. Fr. Gabriel Nolan (nephew of the late 10. O'Connor) officiated at the graveelde. He left three sisters. Mrs: 0. Nolan {Fernval*). Mrs. A. Wilkinson. (Ipswich). Mrs. J. Donovan (BrIsbane), and one brother, Mr. F. J. O'Connor (Earyborough). MR. C. 8. ASPINALL. Mr. Charles S. Asplnall, a well known .Towasnlle kualneasspan. formerly of Ipswlch, passed awai at Townsvllle on Wedliesday. The eldest son of the late Mr. S. 3. Aspinall (a former Ipewlch alder man and owner of a hoot shop In 'Brlsbane-ptreet) and Mrs. Aspinalt (Waghamr.street Ipewlch) he was born at Gymple 52 years ago. He came to Ipuwich as a boy and worked for Mc-. -r. Cribb and Foote Pty. Ltd., and .for his father. About 20 years ago, he left Ipewlch to open 9' busnales at Maryborough. and later transferred to Townsvtlle. He married Miss Ellen Clark. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Clark, Gymple. When in Ipswlch, Mr. Aspinall -*as assoc Isted with the Masonlo Ledge and other organisatlons and in etltutlone. He Is survived by his mother, his widow, one daughter, Mrs.Wrlght (Townsville), and two sons. Messrs. Alan (Rt.AA.P.) and Heith. He also has one brother, Mr. Syd. Aspinall (Brlsbane). Mr. A. Clark, Marlin-Road, is a brother-in-law.
