    After a retirement of 10 minutes, a jury at Roebourne to-day return­ed a verdict of not guilty in the case in which Percy William Stove was charged with having unlawfully killed William Snoad. The charge arose out of a collision between a truck driven by Stove and a car in which Snoad was a passenger on the Hoebourne-Cossack road on •Tune 20, as a result of which Snoad died the next day from injuries. The case was heard before Mr. W. J. Wallwork, Resident Magis­trate at Bunbury, who has been ap­pointed a commissioner of the Supreme Court to preside at ses­sions at Roebourne and Wyndham.
