The Medina is 560 ft. long, has a displacement of 18,700 tons, a gross tonnage of 12,500, and her twin-screw reciprocating engines will develop 15,000 h.p. and a speed of 19 knots. She, and her sitter ship, the Maloja, are the largest steamers yet built for the P. & O.
