The building for the Queen Victoria Maternity Home will be erected of rock-face freestone, with cement dressings, and dark stone up to plinth level. The frontage will be broken with broad verandahs recessed between the projecting wards. These will provide the necessary light and shade. Mr. P. W. Dancker is the architect. ... [ILLUSTRATED]
