CANBERRA, Wed: The Air Court of Inquiry into the crash of DC3 passenger aircraft Fitzroy at Guildford last July, in which 18 people were killed, severely criticises MacRobertson Miller Aviation Ltd., the dead pilot and other company employees and the Department of Civil Aviation.
