HELPFUL GERMAN PRISONER. After he had been captured during the initial Allied drive against Hitler's Europe, this German officer explained to two US officers the details of maps found on him. Some Nazi prisoners appear more than willing to help the Allies, and are pleased that the war is over for them, but the majority of them display sullen hatred.
