    THE STORY SO FAR.—Alan Dundas, a young vinegrower, discovers a mysterious underground structure on his property. After immense labour, and a number of narrow escapes from death by traps, he pentrates to a series of six amazing galleries, in one of which he finds a small temple wherein is the form of a beautiful woman under a glass dome.
