It Is about 15 years since the Chamber of Manufactures arranged a "Made In Australia" Shopping Week in Adelaide, and although the innovation proved a great success, with the advent of the Great War the movement, to a large extent, fell into abeyance, and accept in one or two Isolated esses this method of familiarizing the public with goods made in their own country has not been revived. However, the chamber recently came to the conclusion that the time was ripe for another "Shopping Week," and in due course made the fact known to the shopkeepers of the metropolitan area. ...
