    One of the instruments designed to transmit a picture for many miles over a wire—the Fultograph—is illustrated. On the left is the transmitter, and on the right the receiver, which carries a picture in process of printing. Three photographs, which were transmitted yesterday at the offices of Amalgamated Wireless (Australasia) Ltd. on these Instruments over an equivalent of 800 miles, are reproduced at the top.
