The Easter of 1927 has been unusually interesting for bowlers. Not only was the week-end marked by the playing of the first of this year's interstate games between Victoria and South Australia, but it was also the occasion for the first country bowlers' carnival to be held in Adelaide for 12 years. The country carnival, which proved a noteworthy success, closed on Tuesday with the finals of the singles and rink championships. The groups published below of the interstate teams are those which played at Glenelg on Saturday, when South Australia won by 111 to 75. COUNTRY SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP. C. E.
