EXCELLENT EASTER WEATHER CONDITIONS DREW LARGE CROWDS TO ROTTNEST ISLAND Always a popular holiday resort during the summer months, Rottnest Island, no doubt owing to the exceptionally fine weather prevailing, was a firm favorite with a large section of young people this Easter. It is estimated that, despite the many other counter attractions, a record crowd visited the island.
